A vision to help every African girl lead in AI.

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how we learn, work, solve problems, and create opportunities. As I watched this transformation unfold, I realized that many girls across Africa were at risk of being left behind simply because they lacked access to AI education and digital skills.

I founded SheLearns AI because I believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Every girl deserves the chance to explore technology, build future-ready skills, and see herself as an innovator, creator, and leader.

The idea for SheLearns AI was born during the Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Programme. What started as a vision to bridge the gender gap in AI education grew into an award-winning initiative that won first place at the Inspire Her Afrika PitchFest and later received the Outstanding Project of the Year recognition.

Those milestones strengthened my commitment to making AI education accessible to girls through practical learning, mentorship, and real-world experiences.

Our first workshop brought together young girls to explore Artificial Intelligence, digital literacy, and STEM using a beginner-friendly guidebook developed specifically for them. Watching their curiosity turn into confidence reminded me why this work matters.

Today, my vision is to build SheLearns AI into one of Africa's leading nonprofits for AI education, reaching thousands of girls through workshops, school partnerships, mentorship, educational resources, and digital learning opportunities. My goal is to ensure that every girl has the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities to become an innovator, problem-solver, and leader in an AI-powered future.
